Read before you commission

My name is Joy and I am diagnosed with Autism and Anxiety.
This has kept me from opening up commissions, until now!I don't accept any rush commissions. They can take up to 4 weeks, if not more.Please read my TOS for any further details, before commissioning!

Terms and conditions

  • Payment is through KO-FI or Paypal in Euro's.

  • I will start on your artwork only after I've received the discussed payment.

  • I am free to decline any commissions I am not comfortable with producing.

  • There is no set working time for any commission piece. I can give you a rough estimate, but due to my anxiety and autism, commissions can take longer than expected. Estimated time currently: 1-4 weeks.

  • I am free to decline any commissions if you do not agree with my terms and conditions.

  • I have the rights to post your finished commission on my socials, unless you notify me otherwise beforehand.

  • Changes to your artpiece should be requested during the current stage of the work! I will send you updates at every stage (Sketch - Lines - Colours - Shading) Changes won't add any additional cost.

  • Do not share work in progress (WIPS) images on socials or other sites. This prevents people from stealing or tracing the art!

  • I will be sending updates for every stage of the drawing. (Sketch - Lines - Colours- Shading), unless a sketch commission is ordered. Once the artpiece is complete and both parties (you and me!) are happy with the outcome, I will send you a high resolution version through your desired contact method. E-mail is prefered. I can resize the image as requested up to two times.

  • Please only post the web version pubicly, unless discussed otherwise. If you wish to post your piece, do not remove the watermark/signature.

  • If you choose to cancel your commission during the sketch or draft stage, you will receive a partial refund equal to half of the amount paid. If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the commission at any stage, you will receive a full refund.

  • No refund will be sent after the sketch has been confirmed!
